Restoration Technician
Pay Rate: $10 - $14hr
Requirements: Must have experience in fire and water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, reconstruction and tear outs. Monday - Friday 8 to 5pm but must be able to also work on call some nights and weekends. Must have a professional appearance, attitude, stable work history with verifiable references, ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis, vehicle and a clean driving record to be considered.

Assembly/Retread
Pay Rate: $10 - $12hr
Requirements: Must have 6+ months experience. Will be re-treading semi - tires in a fast paced environment. Stable work history, dependable transportation, valid Drivers License, verifiable references and the ability to lift 75+ lbs required.

Manufacturing/Production
Pay Rate: $8.50 - $10.50hr
Requirements: Must have 1+ yrs experience machine operation experience within the Manufacturing industry, ability to stand for 8+ hours a day, consistently lift 30+lbs, attention to detail, excellent communication, math and basic computer skills.

Carpet Cleaning Technician
Pay Rate: $10hr

Asbestos Certified Restoration Technician
Pay Rate: DOE
Requirements: Must have experience with asbestos, flood and water damage restoration and drying procedures. Knowledge of water mitigation / Structural Drying desired. Minimum of an IICRC Water Damage Restoration and/ or Asbestos certification is required. Must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation, clean criminal record and drug screen.

Warehouse
Pay Rate: $10-$12hr
Requirements: Must have 1+ years experience with Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, experience using a Forklift, and ability to lift 45+lbs on a consistent basis to be considered.

Hardscapes/Landscaping
Pay Rate: $11-$13hr
Requirements: AccountAbilities is seeking candidates with experience building decks, retaining walls, flagstone walkways and general landscaping. Paver installation is a plus. Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted, be able to work in all environments, have a valid drivers license and be a non smoker.

Part Time and Full Time Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $10hr to $12hr
Requirements: Must have 1+ years experience preparing documents, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, logs, databases, inventory maintenance, filing (hard and soft copy), scheduling and meeting coordination, status report/tracking. Strong customer service experience including multi-line phones, message and mail distribution. Experience with MS Office products; Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent grammar and spelling with a typing speed of 35+ wpm, high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Executive Assistant
Pay Rate: DOE
Requirements: AccountAbilities is seeking Executive Assistant candidates with 10+ years administrative/personal assistant experience as well as experience preparing documents, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, logs, databases, inventory maintenance, filing (hard and soft copy), scheduling, reservation, travel and meeting coordination, status report/tracking, arranging conference calls, organizing company events and executing company newsletters.

Accounting/Bookkeeper
Pay Rate: DOE
Requirements: Must have 2+ years experience in QuickBooks including; Reconciliation of Bank Statements, Credit Cards, and Check Books. Financial systems experience and advanced computer skills including all MS office products; Word, Excel, and Outlook. General Ledgers, Journal Vouchers, Cash Application, Credit Memo Processing, Taxes and Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Janitorial
Pay Rate: $9.50
Requirements: Must have 1+ years experience cleaning rooms, bathrooms, floors and grounds to be considered, must be able to lift 50+ lbs unassisted. This position is within a State Facility that requires a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, criminal history free of convictions for 10 years, ability to pass a drug screen, and an employment credit check which requires a good credit history free of recent bankruptcies, judgments, liens, collections or high debt limits to be considered.

Inventory Control
Pay Rate: $10.50hr.
Requirements: Must have 1+years of in cycle counting or inventory control within a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Must have experience investigating inventory discrepancies found in cycle counts, receipt errors or invoice queries and process data entry of inventory transactions and appropriate corrections. Must have exceptional communication skills: verbally, written, interpersonal and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Banquet Sever
Pay Rate: $9.00hr
Requirements: Candidates must have: -1+ years experience of Banquet Serving or Waitressing in a professional environment.-Black shoes, Black socks, Black pants, Black tie, Black vest and Tuxedo shirt. Professional appearance and attitude. -Stable work history with verifiable references.-Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 30+lbs on a regular basis to be considered. Flexible schedule and be available to be on call.
