Accounting / Finance
Bookkeeper/Payroll $DOE. 10+ years bookkeeping experience required. Qualified candidates will have experience consolidating financial statements, cash flow, monthly operating reports, journal entries, balancing AP/AR, inventory, bank statement balancing and end of the month statements. This position also is responsible for data entry and submission of Payroll for many various locations, must have experience with Colorado Payroll laws and taxes. Must have excellent computer skills including Peachtree or similar accounting software. This position requires a credit check and a background check.
Manufacturing Financial Planning and Reporting Manager - $DOE 12+ years experience in planning and reporting with at least 5+ years in Management within the Manufacturing Industry. Qualified candidate will have experience analyzing monthly costs and monthly cash forecasts against actuals and significant variances for review. Must also have experience with annual operating plans, modeling of new projects, quality organization, reviewing monthly worldwide quality costs and headcount and comparing to forecast. Support APG business unit in analyzing monthly P&L, inventories and departmental expenses. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages. Complete quarterly flux analysis for external auditors. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of financial analysis theories and practices. Advanced Excel skills required. Strong command of US GAAP with a multi-national company, knowledge of SAP a plus. MBA Preferred, CPA a plus. BS in Accounting / Finance required.

Fundraisers $11hr. - Local chapter of a search for a cure degenerative disease program is looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated fundraisers. Must have a customer service or sales background, the ability to remain positive despite negative reactions and have a highly goal oriented personality.
Information Services
Radiology (RIS and PACS) Information Systems Analyst - $32.00 to $49.00 hr. Participate system implementation, testing, upgrades, training, analyze and resolve problems. Must have Radiology, Nursing, CVIS, E-CLIPS, Labor and Delivery, Surgery, and other clinical/ancillary areas, Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3 + years in a hospital clinical -healthcare setting with Clinical electronic charting application implementation and support experience. Must be well versed in Radiology terms and processes as well as IT systems by Radiology to include RIS, PACS, Provox Dictation system and scheduling systems. Knowledge of report development and physician billing is required.
Web Programmer $DOE Minimum 4-5 years experience designing/maintaining web sites focused on external customers with advanced Perl programming on eCommerce web sites, MySQL programming, optimizing queries and processes, HTML, JavaScript, CSS experience Apache web server, AJAX, SOAP XML as well as interchange shopping cart experience is required. Related college degree preferred.

Test Technicians - $9.50 to 10.00 hr. Knowledge of and experience with repairing consumer electronics, excellent computer experience, ability to multitask and a high attention to detail and organization is required. A+ certification or relevant experience is required. Three shifts available. 1st Mon-Thurs 6am to 5pm, 2nd Mon-Thurs5pm to 4am, 3rd Fri, Sat and Sun 630am to 730pm. Must have stable work history, clean criminal background, drug screen and transportation.
Skilled Trades
Live-On Caretaker-$ DOE Must have 5+ years in Grounds-keeping, Electrical, Plumbing, operation of Heavy Equipment and experience caring for and feeding wild and domesticated animals’ to be considered. Candidate must have a clean criminal background, vehicle, DL and Insurance as well as the ability to pass a drug screen.
We require our candidates to have dependable transportation, a valid phone number, stable work history with verifiable references. Most of our companies require clean backgrounds (NO FELONIES) and the ability to pass a drug screen.

Direct Deposit, Pay-cards and Benefits
We understand that sometimes paychecks are late because of the mail or you can’t find the time to pick up your check, I know that some people do not have a bank account to set up direct deposit so we have recently partnered with PerQuest and US Bank to offer pay cards. It is a free service that operates just like Direct Deposit into a Visa “debit card” that you can take with you even if you leave AccountAbilities, you can use it to pay bills, track your spending and balances online, make withdrawals and transfers, or use it like a debit card at merchants. We have included the information as well as an enrollment application so please call if you are interested or have any questions regarding this, It generally takes about 1 to 3 weeks for direct deposit to take effect.
Most of AccountAbilities positions will go permanent after a temp to hire period has been met but for those who are long term or payrolled through us we do offer benefits at cost to the employee. We offer Medical Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account and 401K. Please let us know if you would like more information on these programs.

Thanks for turning your timecards in by 9am Monday. They can be dropped in our box on the wall of the covered parking attached to our building, faxed to 633-4373 or dropped off in person.
Professionalism Tips
Employers evaluate performance by attendance, they are using us for a 90 day trial period to see if you are worth hiring so please make sure that you try and make your appointments outside of work hours or schedule them in advance. If you are sick please call both the employer and us so that I can assure them of your return.
Cell phone usage is NEVER acceptable at work, turn them off and check them on your breaks if needed.
Office politics, it’s just never a good idea to get involved. If you truly have a concern with a coworker or a situation please let a supervisor or us know and I will handle it on your behalf.
