We staff for Accounting, Administrative, Light Industrial, Machine Operators, Construction to Food Service.
We not only provide people on a Temporary, Temp to Hire, Contract and Direct Hire basis but also offer Payrolling Services to companies who want to alleviate the headache associated with paying employees; ex. year end W2's, Payroll Taxes, Workers Compensation and Unemployment Claims that could devastate a smaller company and consume valuable time away from running a business.
I believe our local branch's approach to Staffing is different in the way that we treat our candidates and employers. We are honest about the "actual" positions we have available, many Agencies will post hypothetical jobs that will exist if you have the skills to sell the account but we will only offer and post positions that we have a contract with the hiring company for. We are very upfront with candidates about why they are not a fit for this position and offer suggestions or solutions if possible.
With our clients, we always take your needs seriously and will try our best to find the right people (sometimes on a moments notice!) and to listen and resolve any issues that may arise.
