Professional
Human Resources/Payroll – $DOE. 5+ years experience within the Construction industry in a similar role with Payroll and Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Unemployment, Safety Coordinator, Worker’s Compensation and Hiring practices. Experience using a VMS System, Filing Davis Bacon reports and job costing, benchmark surveys and salary analysis. Must have experience filing notice of intents and liens, Accounts Receivable, AIA Billings and collections.
Executive Assistant - $Salary + bonus. Seeking a recent College Graduate (Bachelors) within the last 3 years who has experience researching, preparing, writing papers and business development plans. Must have 3+ years experience in Executive Management and Support, Website maintenance, excellent computer and scheduling skills. Looking for unconventional thinker who is able to add to the production of the company and create ways to improve processes.
Skilled Trades
Clean Up Technician -
$9hr to $11hr. 2+ years in a Construction background / mentality. Responsibilities include; fire and water damage restoration, duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, reconstruction and tear outs. Must be able to work on call some nights and weekends, have a professional appearance, attitude, clean criminal background (no misdemeanors or felonies) and a clean driving record.Certified Restoration Technician - DOE Must have experience with flood and water damage restoration and drying procedures. Knowledge of water mitigation / Structural Drying desired. Minimum of an IICRC Water Damage Restoration and/ or Flood certification is required. Must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation, clean criminal record and drug screen.
Pavers Installers - $9hr. Must have experience in pavers installation, outdoor hardscapes and living spaces, stamped concrete, retaining walls and experience running a concrete demo saw. Clean criminal background and dependable transportation are required.
Mechanics - $13-$15hr. Must have 2-5yrs exp. must have electrical, hydraulics, welding experience and own a full set of tools. Valid DL, Clean criminal background and drug screen required.
Personal Care Providers - $8hr. to $9hr. Must have experience performing routine homemaking and personal care provider tasks and the ability to assist with day to day needs of clients including housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation. Attention to detail regarding the safety and health of client and have the ability to evaluate clients needs. Reliable transportation and proof of insurance is required.
General Labor – $8hr to $10hr. Seeking landscaping and construction candidates for short term, temporary and ongoing positions. Clean criminal background and dependable transportation are required.
Manufacturing / Production - $8hr. - $10hr. Previous warehouse, inventory and or packaging experience is required as well as ability to lift 50 + lbs, computer experience and the ability to stand for 10 hours a day. Clean criminal background, drug screen and dependable transportation are required.
We require our candidates to have dependable transportation, a valid phone number, stable work history with verifiable references. Most of our companies require clean backgrounds (NO FELONIES) and the ability to pass a drug screen.
